Lol, I just stopped to help some drunks stuck in the ditch, didn't have a tow rope so I went to get one and called the police on the way. So there I was driving, on the phone with the cops...whoops...

Needless to say we kept one drunk off of the road today...

I saw three cop cars, lights and sirens pull a guy over this morning. They gave him a warming. You know we got too many cops when it takes three cars to pull over a guy talking on his cell phone!

That law came into effect in Ontario in October. I see people on their cells while driving EVERY day...it's had ZERO effect on the behaviour. All cars should have a cell-phone jammer installed in them; that's the only way you'll get compulsive texters to stop.

The fine is a trivial amount. I am all for a jammer except for 911 calls.
