Boy, 13, charged with 2nd degree murder

A 13-year-old boy from northern Manitoba has been charged with the second-degree murder of Bernard Hart. The boy was arrested and charged on Wednesday by RCMP in Thompson, Man. He will be appear in Thompson provincial court at a date yet to be determined,
