Hamilton police are on the hunt for an escaped prisoner and two armed suspects who allegedly assisted in the getaway.

Dangerous felons should be escorted by armed police on these outings, not just unarmed corrections personnel. Yes it would tax the manpower of the police force, but what's more important, radar traps, or keeping criminals in custody.

I agree. This appears as though the criminals are in control rather than the authorities.
