Well this probably would never have gotten very far if it weren't for all the gun control in Texas. If it weren't for that there'd be armed citizens everywhere who would've effectively neutralized the gunmen long before they would've racked up a such a high death toll.

    ....oh. waitaminute....

This is a military base, different rules than in civvy land.

Sure sure. Keep telling yourself that makes a difference in this case.

Did you even read the story before you set out to spin it?
I'm suprised you didn't connect the Canadian gun registry vote while you were at it.

Er..no...I'm telling you, although it is your prerogative to keep a closed mind.

    Any updates on the shooters?

EDIT: Sorry, just saw that they were soldiers.

But we don't have a WHY yet.

Fort Hood is home to the Warrior Combat Stress Reset Program, which is designed to help soldiers overcome combat stress issues.

Just wondering if this could have anything to do with it. :(

There's a lot of theories. I think PTSD is one, since they said the confirmed dead shooter didn't want to be deployed again...but I'm still leaning towards terrorism since there were two other shooters...

    We'll see

ALL the gun control in the world will never be able to 'foresee' or prevent anyone from rampaging!
