VIENNA, Austria - Iran's president pledged to work with the West to resolve a standoff over its nuclear program even as his country reportedly balked at a U.S.-backed deal to limit its uranium enrichment and curb its ability to make a nuclear warhead.

    "Cooperation" can be defined pretty loosely. Iran especially wants to cooperate with Israel on nuclear power. Iran proposes that their part of the cooperation is to build a device and Israel's part is to clean up the mess it causes.
