IU remember hearing that there is a definite connection between gang activity and a booming economy. makes sense since the workforce would be newer and perhaps more transient.

Toronto may not lead the country in gang related slaying, but they definitely seem to be near the top of the list of cities that blame Alberta Duck Hunters every time some street punk shoots an innocent person.
