A girl riding in the open trunk of a car is dead, and almost a dozen other teens who were stuffed into two cars are injured, after a crash police say may have been caused by street racing.

    Then teens wonder why their insurance premiums are so expensive.

    No driver's licence for anybody under the age of 25.
    Unless needed for your work, and even then, you can only drive for your work.

    Seriously though, there will always be stupid and reckless behavior (seems especially true for teen drivers).
    In this case, the driver, his 6 passengers and possibly those in the other car.

    Too bad for the young girl. :(
