In a slaying that's left seasoned murder investigators stunned, the 27-year-old was beaten by at least two men who were in a black SUV before the driver purposely drove over him around 3 a.m. last Sunday.

    Lord please let me be on the jury. I would love to send the driver away for life and get to be the one who gets to tell him.

    It's for incidents like this that the death penalty should still be used.
