Impossible. Derby says crime is down and expecially in "Liberal" provinces, because of their "progressive" justice and sentancing rules. Besides, these guns couldn't have come from Toronto because of the bans or even Canada because of the registry.
It's all so much for an enlightened Liberal supporter like me to understand.

Idiot. Crime is down doesn't mean crime has been eliminated does it? I might also point out the crimes that keep happening in those nice conservative states you want to become like.

BTW, I only pointed out the fact that it was the eastern provinces who vote mostly liberal have much lower crime then your beloved con voting western provinces as a counter point to claims that crime is higher because of liberalism.

It really must boil your eggs to see crime decreasing in our provinces but rising in yours.

But nothing is more Liberal than Toronto. Can this possibly mean that the Registry, the gun bans AND the hug-a-thug Liberal policies are not working?

Maybe we can try something really radical like.. putting the shooters in jail?

They do go to jail. Remind me again how high Toronto is on the city crime ranks list? Far below your beloved conservative cities are they?

Check out the interactive map and see which provinces are going down. BTW, who will you blame when shootings still happen under your grand plan to incarcerate half of the country? I guess your theory is with half of the country in jail and the other half guarding them there will nobody left to commit shootings.

Their not going to jail. The solve rate for gang shootings is pathetically low.

Got a love it. Any tragedy is an excuse for either hate against a city, or somehow symbolic of an entire group of political people.

Riden, you sure are high class.

Love your avatar Mr. Canada, real high class!

I remember when (not long ago) that every time there was a shooting in Toronto Mr Miller blamed the Americans for allowing their guns to be smuggled into Canada. I guess that's the same way we allow our marijuana to be smuggled into the US. :o

I am sure they grow there own marijuana down there but I bet that we contribute a large share. One set however gets you high while the other goes on murder sprees that kills people over the country and also protects there drug trade which in return goes to the U.S. that buys more weapons that puts more fire-arms in the hands of gangs.

IMO I'd rather it switch in the sense they provide us high quality marijuana and we fuck over there citizens by giving them a over population of guns because we couldn't seem to stop making them.

The more that guns are smuggled into this country from the US, the less relevant the gun registry becomes. These guns come in here for one purpose - crime.

We don't have a crime problem in Canada. Comrades, the great and peace-loving liberal majority governments of the past 40 years have taken care of the problem. See? Look around you comrades, if you don't see crime, it isn't happening. No crime at all, here in our glorious Utopian society. The gun registry has protected us. Why they even tried to get rid of that nasty right-wing military, through unification. Don't believe those newspaper headlines comrades, they are just conservative agitators, trying to stir up trouble, in our great and peaceful socialist society.

I like how the media uses "teenager". The guy was 19, and in the presence of other adults in an apartment building.

When gang members kill each other it's not necessarily a bad thing.
