Saskatchewan village says it doesn't deserve criticism for dog cull after attack

REGINA - Mounting frustration over an attack on a child has prompted officials in a northern Saskatchewan village to destroy loose dogs, saying the extreme measure is needed to fix a problem that plagues many remote communities.
