Brenda these were BS sentences to begin with. If the Parole board has reservations maybe something isnt right in this situation. Damn liberal justice system!!!

Yes, they were. So they should have been faught at the beginning. Little late to start whining now.

(I totally agree with you, btw.)

Just another example of our justice and how F%$^ed up the system really is.
Murder is Murder and should be life automatic, life should mean life.
Now we have 2 more remorseless killers back on the streets, what a joke, then and now.

Wow. If we had those new "American style" prisons, these guys could have served their full sentences and maybe got treatment instead of the usual 2 for one deal while they waited in the existing overcrowded prisons.

    This is disturbing

You have failed to demonstrate any insight into your offending, have not addressed your propensity for violence, and have not dealt with the motivation behind your offending, said the report, which noted that Neudorf got a rush and excitement from killing.

Perhaps most disturbing, the parole documents conclude that Neudorf would have killed Faulkners young child if the situation was different.

File information indicates that you have stated that if the child had been there on the night of the offence you would have killed him as well.

That says it all. Don't let him out.

They served their time. It's the judges' fault, not the parole board. Maybe they will get their just desserts in someone's crosshairs. We can only hope. Time to bring back the death penalty, then we wouldn't have to worry about these assholes re-offending.

If corporation are allowed to right off bad debt, then the justice system should be allowed to bring back the death penalty....to be used on people where no other action is the right thing to do.

Wouldn't it be nice if one day we had the opportunity to elect a government with the balls to the justice system. They like to talk about it at election time (...make our streets safer...increase penalties...blah blah blah) but yet, nothing has changed. Having a minority government in place is no excuse to avoid changing some legislation. If all the parties agree that the system needs to be reformed and will support those changes, that "something" needs to be done then friggin' DO IT. How can there be opposition to making a change that benefits all of ?

Sometimes I think that they are all so busy slinging mud at each other and trying to make their shit smell sweeter than the other's that they have forgotten why they are there to begin with. Serve us dammit. Is it any wonder that there is so much voter apathy?
