A Federal Court judge has dismissed a case challenging the legality of Prime Minister Stephen Harper's snap election call last fall.

    Good for the judge. Some people think the courts can fix any complaint they have. If this outfit doesn't like Harper then convince the voters to elect another party.

    The comments on that article are hilarious. Anyone who thinks Harper 'broke the law' here can't, apparently, comprehend 3 simple sentences. Admittely I've had my moments of misunderstanding what was printed but this is pretty clear for anyone with a truly open mind.
