After several months in the political woodshed, Jaffer was re-elected in 2006 and named Conservative caucus chairman by Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

Yup. Stevie knows how to pick 'em.

Your vast intellect must have missed the 'ex-mp' bit. Try a bit of research on why he is an 'ex-mp'.

    Pole, pole!

LOL I remember back when Jaffer sent a aid to impersonate him at a radio interview. He was a idiot back then and he is an idiot now.

And that is. amongst other things, why they kicked him out of caucus. Old poquas missed that headline, bless him.

Poquas highly educated response on all of these can be summed up as "I know you are but what am I".
This is also coming from the guy who till just this election has always voted, supported and donated to Conservative party... he just doesn't remember why.

I'm trying to remember the CPC candidate they tossed because he was caught crossing the border with a trunk full of beer.

Now I understand my little rent-a-cop friend.......

Jaffer offered an emotional apology in the House of Commons in after one of his aides, Matthew Johnston, was caught impersonating him on a radio show while Jaffer was busy elsewhere.

Stevie picked him for the Caucus job in 2006.

You just didnt understand the order of events, right?

As in he got kicked out? Sure. He's an ex-mp. Just like your an ex-Reservist and an ex-Peace Officer.

Is that the right order oh mighty one?

    Yawn.

Says nothing. Means nothing. Poquas is going for all the pointless stories now that he's been embarrassed on other threads.

And so is his wife who is a current MP Jaffer, husband of federal Tory cabinet minister Helena Guergis, was arrested in the wee hours of Friday morning by Ontario Provincial Police in the village of Palgrave, north of Toronto.

I think this is pretty sad. Keep wondering what is going on in his life for him to end up like this? :( Not a good story.
