'Green popsicles' take a licking

I still dont understand what the hell they are or what they are supposed to do.

I believe it was there to waste taxpayer money. So far I have not seen what else they're being used for.

I believe they have a special person hired to do that exact job. At least s/he had something to do now!

If it was not for govt money most artists would starve, gee if not for my tax bill I could have a new car .

More unwanted public art being forced on a public that didn't ask or want it.

.... or knew what the hell it was. That is what astounds me, someone had to ask for money for this thing, and it was given out freely without knowing what the hell it is. Someone parts of Canada have too much money I guess.

As an artist I have never recieved one red cent from the government and yes I've starved over many years. I don't regret it, it's been a good life all in all.
