WASHINGTON � A counterterrorism training exercise on the Potomac River near downtown Washington, just miles from the Pentagon and White House, sparked alarm and confusion here on the eight anniversary of the 9/11 attacks.

    will they never learn, or how quick they forget? last year did they not fly planes around close to downtown NYC, and scare the shit out of people?

    Nice to see the media proving they don't take time to check stories before running with them too.
