Man fined after complaining about prostitute

He did get the services he paid for, he got screwed, at least this way he won't get VD.

He's also in line for The Dumb and Dumber award.

I love news stories like that. Not to hijack the thread but every time I see something like that I'm reminded of one from many years ago.

A women living in an apt building called the police because she had been broken into. Among one of her items stolen was her TV. When the cops arrived she told them she suspected it was someone else in the building and what unit they lived in. The police went to the door and the tenant knowing the jig was up, let them in.
In an apt full of stolen good, they found her TV and when she positively identified the TV as hers, they placed her under arrest as well.
Turned out there was an engraving on the back of the TV that said, PROPERTY OF..some hotel I can't remember the name of anymore
