EDMONTON -- An Edmonton man is shocked that police have fined him $250 for dangerous operation of his electric bike.

they are the police and most times if you are nice to them, they are nice to you. i am sure they could have cleared up any misunderstanding about the bike being legal for the road, if the guy was beig nice, and doing what he was told.
