Russians are not as free as they were under Boris Yeltsin, but they seem to like it that way

    Well they could crown Vladimer or perhaps find one of the Roamnovs ( a lit unlikely), but they are so used to a one man rule its hard to break the cycle.

    there is a downfall tho being the Czar. If you are voted out of office you get shot in the head in Siberia and shoved into a ditch for 80 years.

    I think if you get shot, where you go and how many years you are there matters little.
