Two members of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club have lost their challenge of Ottawa's anti-gang law in an appeals court ruling that upholds their conviction for extortion as well as the constitutionality of stiffer sentences for gangsters.
The glory of this isn't that they were convicted of shaking down some black market satellite TV equipment dealer but that the Hells Angels are a criminal organization and when their members commit crimes wearing their logos, they can be charged under gang legislation also. This can work for all the others also.
