So is Iggy going to hold fast to his past comments on leaving Afghanistan or will he be swayed by his "friends" in the Obama government? This could be a big stumbling block for the Liberals.

We voted to stop combat operations and we must stick to the plan. We very likely may stay as trainers and advisors but we definatly should rotate out of the danger zone and let some of our other NATO "Allies" actually do something. I'm sure we'd hear nothing but the typical "rightious indignation" if we had any other casualties after 2011.
