Love how they blamed it on the res schools, like thats why her mom taught her how to smoke crack.
She'll be in the news again.

This story is FUCKED. She'a problem in a secure custody setting and the solution is to put her back into the community? MADNESS!!! I'm all for sentencing options but this sounds like time off for BAD behaviour.

She'll be back behind bars in no time. Probably after escaping the restricted custody she's in till 18 years old.

Justice Deborah McCawley said custody has done little to modify the girl's behaviour.

"It is clear she has not done well in her current environment," McCawley said. "In my view, it is time to try something different."

May I be so bold as to suggest that Justice Debby take the little darling home and give her the loving environment, that she's been missing while in custody.

I'm sure that all this poor child needs is a little guidance and love.

Another brilliant move by some wingnut justice, which puts the rest of us in jeopardy just so she can test her social engineering theories.

Who should we blame when she kills again?

    SOCIETY

Certainly not the social engineering bitch who's turning her loose into society.

What in the hell does this case have to do with the residential school issue?

Nothing other than the article stated both her parents were res schooled. Guess they are trying to justify the comensation$ they handed out.
