Huh? First of all I am against this whole street buisness of prostitution. If it's going to be legal than they need a place for it like a strip club. What people want to do with there bodies for cash is there buisness but if they are giving somebody a blowjob in a alley where kids can walk by, etc than that's another story.

Second of all who the hell wants to to a interview with a prositute to find out about her day? 9 television crews per day. That's ridiculous.

"Do you feel safe?, Did your friends die?, Are you on drugs?"

I mean wow, I can see a new daily news segment called CNN's Prostitutes Feelings Show.

They are talking about street sex trade workers...as for a Strip Club No Effin way. There is a huge difference between street Sex trade and dancing.

Drug addicted prostitutes sound like the perfect spokespersons for the down town east side. Better than some bureaucrat or NGO poverty pimp that's only going to lie while sucking up public money.

I don't think Bacardi's idea is a bad one (he just brought it wrong ) When you legalize it (I don't think this is happening though) you have to set limits. What you could do, is follow the Dutch way: make typical (and safe) "streetworker" places, NOT downtown, and windows for those who don't want to go there. Everyone selling themselves on the streets get busted. It cleans up the street, keeps the addicts out of the public eye, and johns will find them anyway.

Exotic dancers and hookers is not really the same... Or more, really not :P

I understand the desore to be politicaly correct and prostitutes are people too.

Once upon a time governments were attempting to curb this sort of thing not promote it.

    Once upon a time
