Can we have the option to delete 14 broadcast time zones of the CBC?

Being given the option to switch = good thing

In the marketplace of ideas, you don't have to pay for people insulting you. Go capitalism!

Just like you have the option to include the gay channel or not.
    And pay exactly the same.
So some cranky homophobe can the capitalists are giving him an 'option'.

Why would you be a homophobe if you don't want a gay channel? I don't want to watch channels with womens issues but it doesn't mean I hate women.

That's a horrible bias stupid way to look at it. It is a choice to depower the media outlet who decided to let someone as stupid as Canadian bashing no talent idiots on the air. This isn't about choice as much as it's about making a stand.

Fox News shouldn't even be Aired in the US. Have no idea why it is in Canada.

I don't think we have to "get over it". That was a insult that had no place especially on what is supposed to be an unbiased news broadcast. (Not that any news is truely unbiased.)

I for one don't watch any of the US "News" channels, if you want to call them that. This is Canada and we don't really need any further integration do we? Might just be a good time to pull away from our "good friends" to the south a wee bit more.
