According to documents obtained by CTV News, Heritage Canada wrote at the time of the application that the film did "not meet any of the terms and conditions of existing departmental programs." Despite this, a $13,000 grant was approved by then-Heritage

    This hasn't been resolved yet? That producer is missing his chance. He'd do better releasing at the Vancouver Liberal convention or maybe he wants to wait for the election.

    Despite this, a $13,000 grant was approved by then-Heritage Minister Sheila Copps - also a prominent Hamilton Liberal.


    ... And that just is the bell on the end of the curley toe of the slipper!

    It seems like everything that party does involves a scandel on some level or another.
