The Canadian Judicial Council is recommending Justice Paul Cosgrove be removed from office, leaving the former Trudeau cabinet minister facing what his profession describes as "capital punishment for a judge."

    Interesting that the Judicial Panel didn't take this into account eh! Just points of law. :roll:

    ..about as much legal credability as the PM who appointed him. :D
    Since the guy was such a crook, why did it take so long to make it to the press?

    I find it incredibly odd that this is only the second time a judge has acted inappropriately, implying that no other Canadian judge has acted like this in other cases? I find that very hard to believe, this guy must have done something to piss off the ole boys club...
