The Canucks wasted a promising 3-1 lead, giving up four unanswered goals in a 5-3 loss to the Nashville Predators at General Motors Place on Wednesday night.

    Yah, Flames beat the Sabers last night, we play Preds on Friday, and we'll beat them too. Looks like Sundin and Luongo weren't the answer for the Canucks!

    39 years of playing down to the opposition is hard to break. If all the other teams were forced to wear Montreal jerseys when they played the Canucks, we'd have a wall full of Stanley Cups.
    If you added 16 more NHL teams, we'd sink 12 ranks down in the standings just to maintain the mediocrity.
