Canadians are blowing themselves over Obama, pathetically I might add. Hypothetically speaking, if Obama decided to invade Canada....would you let him? Simply because he is Obama? If the guy decided to "re-negotiate" NAFTA, took millions of dollars out of your pocket because he wants American jurisdiction over oil or whatever suited him, would you let him, simply because he is...the one and only "OBAMA"?

I'm not saying he will do these things but what if he did? Would anybody care? Hell, the guys akin to God him/herself.

Funny, people are willing to put Harper on the hot-seat 2 weeks from his office yet willing to put Obama 5 months from office as being a saviour to problems not even concerning their country.

Pay attention more. Hypothetical at best.

    There's nothing "best" about it.

Wait, he was actually putting some sort of substance behind his platform of hope and change? I must of missed it during the least biased media campaign of all time.

Apparently is common for the markets to take a dip when a president is sworn in.

I didn't hear him promise short term gains.

He said it well enough in his crowning speech that the US has the greatest economic challenge for this generation and it will take perhaps more than 1 term to get them on the right track.

Sure it's all doom and gloom from the dems, it's the same as the liberals in Canada. Only WE can save you, give us your money because you have no idea how to manage it yourself.

Well B-HO get your ass in gear, I'm waiting for the rainbow.

Let's not forget the US bailouts were deemed necessary by a Republican president and passed. Public funds are like a remote control with a dead battery, everyone wants to fiddle with it just to make sure. Repubs or Dems.

Man, why do the liberals get a bunch of parties when their man gets elected and I didn't get jack diddly when my man was in?
