As Environment Canada predicts more snow this week and temperatures plunging to -22C, Mel Lastman is warmly recalling his decision 10 years ago to call in the military to fight a snowstorm.

    Yeah it's not like the CF has anything better to do *rolls eyes*, I guess the snow plows took a vacation that day?

    Mel Lastman and David Miller, I don't know who is dumber, but the sheer stupidity they exhibit will never cease to amaze me.
