A retired justice of the peace from Vernon, B.C., was secretly recorded by a private detective during a casual conversation in his own home and his words were then successfully used against him in a B.C. court.

    WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THE LEGAL SYSTEM IN THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!! if this new government thing works they better fucking do something about these obvious violations of COMMON FUCKING SENSE!!!!!!

    Brad Chapman looks and acts like a petty thug and the court assisting him in intimidating people makes them accessories to what appears to be a criminal enterprise. I'd say Mr. Chapman needs a one-way tour of the Strait and the judges involved need to be removed from the bench and disbarred.

    it's almost sickening to think that we all live in a 'free' country until we dare to question the people in charge or the people making money... in our own defence
