OTTAWA - Jack Layton is calling on the Harper government to support peace overtures to the Taliban by the Afghan and American governments.

    Yes read through this article and then at the botom of the page read the top story under the CP World heading. Very reasonable organization these Taliban

    The hard line elements who draw support from AlQeada in Pakistan and Iran are not going to be bargained with and any reduction in troop levels simply plays into their hands.
    Taliban Jack is an idealistic dreamer.
