I was thinking the same thing...33 years and they couldnt come up with $200 dollars for the citizenship?

Maybe should have thought about becoming a Canadian citizen 30 years ago and getting a passport...how is it Canada's problem that someone is too lazy or too stupid to do the Citizenship test.
