Having secured a stronger minority government in Tuesday's general election, Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced on Wednesday a six-point plan to deal with the stormy financial waters threatening Canada's economy.

    well like the story says it was Dions plan and harper once again stole from someone else...doesn't this guy have any plans of his own? he waited until elected and now is using the liberal platform... go figure.. won a minority but still a loser..
