    Elizabeth May just fails. Period.

If you tally the Liberal, NDP and Green percentage.. if they only unit into one Left wing party they would win a majority.

Because they have 3 lefty parties, it divides the vote and allows the cons to get a minority win.

If they merged into one party, we truly would be a two party system. The Conservatives should split into several parties, but it is clear that the Conservatives do not care much about democracy and only want to hold seats for the sake of holding seats.

What a brilliant deduction............. All political parties are umbrella organizations genius.

On another note, it seems interesting that a pussy hair more than 3% translates into 50 seats vs. no seats at all.

WRONG. The Liberals also split the center vote with the Conservatives. If the Libs merged with the NDP & Greens alot of Liberal supporters would jump to the right and NOT the left as evidenced by this years vote....

You've got to respect the fact that she decided to run in the riding she wanted to be in, and not just one she might have had had the best chance.

No she is a moron, she just announced that she is going to run in the same riding against Peter MacKay in the next election.
