Conservative Leader Stephen Harper needs to explain his comments on a tape that is at the centre of a defamation suit launched by Harper against the Liberals, party leader St�phane Dion said Saturday

    Harper has an explanation. He wanted to defeat the Liberal govt so he tried to bribe Chuck Cadman to secure his vote.

    Oh, nobody has a problem with Cadman, Riden. the problem is with Harper offering Cadman a bribe.
