LOL..very true!

I wouldnt mind having him for a year. Sign him in Dec so its not a huge cap hit, then if they decide to sign him again, trade spezza + draft pick for Luongo. We got both of great worlds

I don't get it. I think Alfies situation is more or less like Mats was last season but no one is calling for his blood when he says he wants to end his career in Ottawa?

I wont be surprised that Alfie takes another pay cut just to play in Ottawa. That shows true leadership and commitment. Sundin is a great player, but not a good captain.

Ohh and talking about captains...have toronto found one yet?
