A far as I know.. we still send about $60k to help feed pesant farmers after the great starvation of the 60's. I'd be pleased if you'd write letters and shut off this waste of money.

I heard on the news that the "white rabbit" candies my daughter bought from the dollar stores have been pulled from the shelves over this poison milk scare. It floors me that a country can reach for the stars while unregulated greed poisons something so pure and basic as milk.
Just another reason why I hate the Chinese government.

While the U.S. economy is suffering an economic melt down... WalMart dollars are sending China's astronauts into space for first spacewalk.. (actually your dollars, with that shirt and pair of shoes you are wearing)

Oil and Globalization have transferred Trillions of U.S. Dollars to China and Saudi Arabia (Middle East) while Americans and Canadians look for cheaper prices and fill up their cars.

Is there any wonder the USA is so fucked up?? America greed has come back to bite it in the ass...

Of course not, the United States is a democratic country looking out for the interests of it's citizens..

Nevertheless, with no firm immigration policy to deal with 10 million illegals due to corporate presures... illegals continue to flood the marketplace driving your living wage down while corporations give million dollar bonuses to CEO of failed companies that taxpayer dollars have to bail out.

A company, feeling it was time for a shakeup, hires a new CEO. This new boss is determined to rid the company of all slackers.

On a tour of the facilities, the CEO notices a guy leaning on a wall. The room is full of workers and he wants to let them know he means business!

The CEO walks up to the guy and asks, "And how much money do you make a week?" Undaunted, the young fellow looks at him and replies, "I make $300.00 a week. Why?"

The CEO then hands the guy $300 in cash and screams, "Here's a week's pay, now GET OUT and don't come back!"

Feeling pretty good about his first firing, the CEO looks around the room and asks "Does anyone want to tell me what that goof-off did here?"

With a sheepish grin, one of the other workers mutters, "Pizza delivery guy from Domino's."

I'm glad China is going to space, I just hope they do it for science, exploration and prestige and not military reasons.

Do you think China will make it to Mars before the USA?

IF this is played right it could start a new space race here in America. Boost the economy and all that. As to who gets there first at this point I would say the US has the lead but China can gain ground a lot faster then we can at the moment. So in the end either could win to being first there but China might be the better bet to be the first one to have a colony on mars.

Yea, take things China says with a salt lick or two.

"The article, dated two days from now on Sept. 27, vividly described the rocket in flight, complete with a sharply detailed dialogue between the three astronauts."
