VICTORIA - Let's go surfing now, everybody's learning how. And now a Vancouver Island college is offering North America's first surfing studies diploma.

    I really wonder if tax payer money could be better spent on higher paying proffessions with benifits to society.

    You know I looked at those words and knew they didn't look right. It was late and didn't care enough to look up the correct spelling.
