    The ministry of transportation really needs to overlook on testing people on getting their license.

    Loosing control when backing up is just mind bogling.

    Did you read the news item ?
    The Ministry would have a tough time 'overlooking'
    people who have no license, not even a learners' permint.

    In Lavics' defense, that tidbit of info was not in the article at the time he posted. The CBC has a highly annoying habit of making major changes like that to stories after they've been published, with no obvious indications that they've done so.
