Guardian charged with child's murder

The mother of 7-year-old Katelynn Sampson was overcome with grief yesterday after finding out the woman accused in her daughter's murder was a close friend who had been given legal custody of the little girl.

Classic case of piss poor parenting resulting in the tragic death of a child.

Where was Child and Family services on this one?
