The city's animal protection agency is warning people to keep a close eye on their pets in the wake of a disturbing discovery of a mutilated cat.

    I don't know if there is a change. We just get to hear it more often now the world is so much smaller then it used to be...

    We've also had a rash of these here in Kingston. 3 or 4 mutilated cats and one dog burned to death. 8O

    Scum who commit these crimes should be eliminated.
