If we could only get some rain! We are so far behind on our rainfall, we had to pull out the scolls to find the last entry.

It's bad when you HOPE a hurricane or good tropical storm washes ashore and stalls out for a few days!

what do you guys get for humidity there? Taipei might hit 38 C occasionally, but we rarely hit those temperatures. We usually stick around 33 or 34 with 90% humidity for 6 months of the year. The really nasty thing is that it doesn't cool off by more than a couple of degrees at night.

    ugh...i know what you mean.

The last 5 days here in Western Manitoba have been like rainy and so blah...

It's good for the farmers in my area, but yeah I feel like I'm living in bliddy Vancouver with all the rain and crappy weather.

Most years I'm swimming in our outdoor inground pool by now, haven't even had my first swim of the year yet.

    So much for global warming.

rain??? we got 250 mm of rain the other day and most of it fell over a 3 hr. period. We had almost an equal amount the day before, but the nice thing is that the rain feels tepid/coolish rather than cold. Sunny and 27 right now, so we're doing laundry before the next showers move in.

You guys are missing out on the good stuff, here's our weather for tonight.

    Tornado Warning:

Tornado warnings have been issued for several areas of Central Alberta for this evening. Environment Canada issued warnings at 7 p.m. for the County of Stettler near Donalda and Camrose County near Bashaw and Meeting Creek. A tornado watch was also issued for the Red Deer, Ponoka, and Innisfail areas.
