PASADENA, Calif. ï¿½ The big day has finally arrived: After 10 months of spaceflight, NASA's Phoenix Mars Lander is headed for its long-awaited attempt to touch down in the arctic region of the red planet later today.

Yeah, its nice that this thing is the first human ship to touch down on the Martian arctic. Plus its cool we got a significant Canadian contribution too.
