I use Vonage VOIP and they send out a message to remind me to update my 911 address all the time.
When I moved I had to agree that my new address with correct or sign up to opt out.
What happen to people taking responsibility for their own inaction to follow up with or keep their own record up-to-date.
Why does it always have to be somebody elese fault...
