    Who would want to work for that team anyways? It will just tarnish his reputation. After 40 years of failure...doesnt it give you a bit of a clue?

    I like him and fortunately all they did was put him out of his misery. You can't make a chicken sandwich out of chicken shit.........and that's what he had to work with.

    the leafs season which was a disaster keeps geting worse , wonder what will be left by next year ?

    is alot of work ahead to get that team back to being a playoff contender

    Firing Maurice makes it worse? Follow hockey much? News Flash: In the business, a GM should chose his coaching staff. It seems your hockey knowledge matches your politics knowledge.
