Great story Wil, I read this a couple hours ago and I still cant come up with the appropriate words to describe how good this made me feel.

It's good to hear that there is still sportsmanship around from time to time! There is precious too little of it sometimes!

Great story, Will. It's awesome to see sports stories that don't begin and end with the selfishness and ignorant behaviour of the Terrell Owens' and Sean Avery's of the world.

Winning is temporary. Honour and basic decency last forever.

I did not tear up, but I did have a bit of difficulty speaking when I read the story to the wife!
