Icebreaker on way to free stuck Marine Atlantic ferry

The Canadian Coast Guard icebreaker Louis St. Laurent, the largest icebreaker in the fleet, is on its way from Quebec to Cape Breton to free a passenger ferry stuck in ice just off Sydney Harbour.
