Spike in packages thrown over Man. prison walls

STONY MOUNTAIN -- Drugs are literally flying into Stony Mountain Penitentiary. Officials at a federal penitentiary in Manitoba say they've seen an increase in attempts to throw packages over the prison's walls into the inmate exercise yard.
