Engineers make convoy travel safer

FORT BLISS, Texas � The most significant current threat to our troops in Afghanistan is an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) attack or a mine strike. To minimize those threats Expedient Route Opening Capability (EROC) teams of dedicated engineers with top
