What a stupid idea. That amphibex did an amazing amount of work in the short time it was here. Unfortunately it has dipped to -31 and it freezing faster than it can be cleared. However warmer weather is forcasted in the near future so why not start it up when it warms up. This hot water plan is just a bunch of hot air. The head of the ice jam is not even in the city anymore, they will have to keep adding km's of pipeline just to keep up with the head of it.
