While I'm happy to see that they were able to stop the Japanese whaling fleet, Greenpeace is opening themselves up to be labelled as a terrorist organization is they were to intentionally ram their vessel into another, never mind the financial consequences should the action lead to a massive spill because of the collision.

Greenpeace has been pulling crap like this for a long time. Japan should consider sending a warship to protect their fleet from illegal attacks.

"Wasn't that the goal of Kyoto?"

Hey one trick pony, shouldnt you be reveling again in the fact that "where else can an 18 year old kid go on a shooting spree and get a medal for it?" I thin after your last sick revelation, you military types shouldnt be poking your nose into the business of those who wish to actually SAVE lives mkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.

    SICKO!

The goal of KYOTO is genocide on a totally unprecedented scale.

Dumb-ass. A soldiers task is to inflict casualties on the enemy.

A officer's job is to save lives.....some days sadly we don't don't do so well.........

While I can't condone the Japanese whaling, and I view it is commercial whaling disguised as research.....it is non-the-less legal and Greenpeace is guilty of PIRACY ON THE HIGH SEAS.

What Greenpeace is doing is piracy and the nearest warships regardless of flag should be responding at flank speed.

BLACKBERRY? Ya, that sells well in the Amazon and in the Congo. DUMBASS
International means out of it's home country. Meaning selling to Americans is international. Fucknut. Not to mention the Europeans who probably use it.

Hey Samscrotch, Kyoto is about genocide? And you blame scientists and ecologists for fear mongering? Get a life, nutter.

Dumb-ass. A soldiers task is to inflict casualties on the enemy.

Maybe so, but Mr Sicko made it amply clear here that he just wants to go on a killing spree, and the military gives/gave him the legal ground to do so. Doesnt sound like there is much HONOR in that. But anyone who thinks Kyoto is little more than the UN firing up the old Nazi gas chambers, well, anything goes with you I guess.

it is non-the-less legal and Greenpeace is guilty of PIRACY ON THE HIGH SEAS.

Peacefully protesting and taking pictures is piracy? Under whos law? Not only are you a nutter, but you are a really uninformed one too.

Sorry to soil your milk there cornflakes, but maybe Blackberry is famous for those suffering from the centre of the world mentality, but no one has ever heard of it outside of the US and Canada and maybe, as you said, in parts of Europe. Greenpeace, whether ya love em or hate em (and most here on this rabid right wing site would hate them without knowing a thing about them) is known EVERYWHERE and just about by everyone. Like I asked, can you name a better known exported Canadian Brand than Greenpeace? And think beyond North America this time, ok sonny. Theres more out there than North America, and the countries the US invades.

The six-vessel fleet "scattered and ran" early Saturday when it realized the Greenpeace vessel Esperanza was "heading toward them at high speed," Greenpeace expedition leader Karli Thomas told New Zealands National Radio.

By their own admission Greenpeace was not "peacefully protesting and taking pictures." They were celebrating the fact that these nutbars have a rep for ramming ships with ships.....

Intimidating with threats of violence ("heading toward them at high speed,") piracy.

What ever goes on in that tiny mind of yours.

    KYOTO is about genocide.

Energy is life. It is what produces food, shelter and security. The first victims of a limited energy environment will be the poor----the populous 3rd world. This eco-BS has already killed millions, with malaria, from the unjustified banning of DDT.

BTW---under what law is whaling illegal and under what law is dangerous driving with a ship legal?

I recall being present when the 'Rainbow Warrior" arrived in Surabya, Indonesia. I was part of the inspection team. They didn't heed the heave to order coming in and the Indonesians shot their little "greenpeace" flag off the staff for emphasis.

They hove to and we boarded after initial introductions the freaks decided it was wise to step aside and shut the F*** up. The black beret's standard handshake is the butt of a rifle.

The ship was absolutely filthy. The Indonesians ordered them back into international waters or be seized. They left and finally arrived in New Zealand where french agents sank the sucker.
